Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor bar staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain cost-effective inventory rotation
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster positive guest relationships
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to optimize profitability and service efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or supervisory roles within hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations, inventory systems, and cost control
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in food safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in bar management software and POS systems
