We are currently seeking a Bar, Kitchen, and Service Trainee to immerse themselves in the vibrant hospitality culture of Bali. In this role, you will shadow experienced professionals across three key departments, gaining invaluable insight into the operations of a top-tier entertainment venue. From crafting signature cocktails in the bar to assisting in the kitchen during peak service hours and ensuring guests receive impeccable service, this position is perfect for those eager to kickstart their career in the tourism industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Bar team with drink preparation, garnishing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar station.
- Support the Kitchen brigade with food preparation, plating, and maintaining hygiene in the food preparation area.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Learn and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payments.
- Ensure all service areas are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to strict health and safety standards and company protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- Currently a student or recent graduate with a passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and move around the venue efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of English (conversational level) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
