Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations, inventory control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain an innovative drink menu that aligns with current trends and guest preferences.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure high performance, consistency, and excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, manage purchasing, and minimize waste to control operational costs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure a premium experience.
- Enforce health and safety regulations strictly and ensure compliance with local liquor laws.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality or mixology are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
