- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of beverage staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement creative, seasonal cocktail menus that resonate with our clientele and drive revenue.
- Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular stock takes to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as local liquor licensing laws.
- Monitor financial performance, including tracking sales data, managing labor costs, and achieving profit margin targets.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and product availability.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively to maintain an exceptional reputation and ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel or premium bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and current beverage industry trends.
- Proven track record in managing P&L, inventory controls, and optimizing bar profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest experience and customer relations.
- Professional certification in hospitality management or mixology is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
