- Manage daily bar operations including inventory, staff scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Control costs through effective inventory management and waste reduction
- Foster positive guest experiences and handle customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Bar Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Basic financial acumen for budgeting and cost management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification in bartending or hospitality preferred
