Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and supervise bar staff to maintain service excellence standards
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and signature cocktails
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
- Handle customer complaints and enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with F&B team for cross-functional promotions
- Analyze sales data to optimize profitability and menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in bar management or similar leadership role
- Proven expertise in cocktail creation, mixology, and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic financial literacy and inventory management experience
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RSA) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
