In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our operation, responsible for crafting rare, bespoke cocktail programs that define our brand identity. You will be tasked with mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of luxury mixology. Beyond the bar counter, you will oversee inventory management, cost control, and the seamless maintenance of our venue's aesthetic standards, ensuring a sophisticated atmosphere that keeps our guests returning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative, high-margin cocktail programs and seasonal drink menus.
- Lead, mentor, and train bar staff on luxury service protocols and mixology techniques.
- Oversee high-value inventory, including rare spirits, ordering, and rigorous stock control.
- Maintain impeccable venue standards, ensuring lighting, music, and cleanliness meet luxury benchmarks.
- Manage bar P&L, focusing on cost of goods sold (COGS) and minimizing waste.
- Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with premium venue regulations.
- Deliver exceptional guest relations, resolving concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end bar management or luxury hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of global spirits, mixology history, and modern craft techniques.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing service teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in bar management or related hospitality field is highly regarded.
