Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the bar team to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement innovative seasonal drink menus and craft cocktail programs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, cost control, and minimizing wastage.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any guest complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bar management or high-volume hospitality roles.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and mixology techniques.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, guest-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
