- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences
- Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that align with current trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Proven track record in staff management and team development
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid food handler and alcohol service certification
