Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Develop and execute creative beverage menus aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, service standards, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations and health/safety requirements
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement promotions and events to drive customer engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance overall guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of bar management experience in high-volume hospitality settings
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, and global beverage trends
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and cost control methods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic financial literacy for budget management and P&L oversight
