As the Bar Manager, you will lead a diverse team of bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and efficiency. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable behind the bar crafting complex cocktails as they are analyzing inventory reports and maximizing bar revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver world-class service standards consistently.
- Design and curate innovative seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the Bartolo brand identity.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the bar area.
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales performance to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and floor management to ensure seamless operational flow and synergy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or head bartender role within a high-end bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and modern mixology techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and operational expenditures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A valid hospitality management certification or relevant degree is preferred.
