Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and execute strategic purchasing to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing and quality for stock.
- Handle all cash register transactions with precision, ensuring accurate daily reconciliation and reporting.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to ensure consistent quality and a positive team culture.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Analyze sales trends to make informed decisions regarding stock rotation and purchasing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in bar management, hospitality operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong background in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Demonstrated experience in handling cash and POS systems with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and external vendors effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of financial reports and inventory budgeting.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel/POS systems).
