Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus aligned with modern Asian fusion concepts
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain service excellence and operational standards
- Monitor financial performance through cost control, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
- Execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and foot traffic
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations
- Lead by example in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes team growth and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or supervisory role within hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, Asian spirits, and contemporary beverage trends
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in inventory control, P&L management, and cost reduction
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Valid alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in POS systems and bar management software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
