As the Bar Operation Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our entertainment experience. You will lead a high-performing team of bartenders and mixologists, ensuring that every guest receives service that is as vibrant and exciting as the atmosphere at Finns. You will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining premium quality standards, and innovating our beverage program to keep Finns at the forefront of the global nightlife scene.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all bar outlets.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule a large, diverse team of bar staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock procurement, and optimize cost of goods sold (COGS) through rigorous tracking.
- Drive beverage sales and profitability by introducing innovative cocktail menus and upselling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards across the bar departments.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to execute high-profile activations and guest experiences.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends and implement operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in bar management within high-volume, luxury, or international beach club environments.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and high-volume stock management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate large multicultural teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
