We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Operation Manager to join our elite team in Bali. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-energy bar, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for mentoring a diverse team of bartenders and serving staff, managing inventory, and driving revenue through creative beverage programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening, closing, and shift supervision.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bar service, recipes, and cleanliness.
- Train, coach, and motivate bar staff to ensure high performance and excellent guest service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Curate and update the beverage menu, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Handle VIP guests and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain the club's reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bar management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record working in a high-volume beach club, luxury resort, or fine dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
