- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages with precision and presentation
- Process customer orders accurately through POS systems while maintaining efficient workflow
- Uphold cleanliness standards for bar area, utensils, and service equipment
- Manage inventory restocking and supply organization to prevent service interruptions
- Apply upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Comply with all health/safety regulations and responsible alcohol service protocols

Kualifikasi
- Previous bar server experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work graveyard shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexibility
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, ingredients, and service techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
