Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Present menus and explain specials to guests, ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks and food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or bartending is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
