We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bar Service professional to become an integral part of our onboard hospitality team. As the face of our beverage program, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, maintaining premium service standards, and contributing to the overall luxury experience that defines our Phinisi yacht operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including signature cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management and stock rotation
- Interact professionally with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences and occasions
- Develop seasonal and innovative drink menus that showcase local flavors while maintaining international standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all bar operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings for special events and dining experiences
- Train junior staff on beverage preparation, service standards, and brand knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a bartender or bar service professional in a luxury hospitality environment
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Certification in bartending or mixology is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a confined space and adapt to the unique challenges of a marine environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid seafarer's medical certificate and willingness to obtain necessary maritime certifications
