Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory management
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in bartending or similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
