- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to established brand recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste for every drink served.
- Ensure the bar area is kept immaculately clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including sanitation protocols for bar equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
- Assist in the development of new drink concepts or seasonal menu specials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista, Bartender, or Bar Staff in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Deep knowledge of drink preparation techniques and a passion for mixology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours and high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail regarding hygiene and sanitation standards.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items.
- Possess a neat and professional appearance suitable for customer-facing roles.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
