Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, wines, and specialty coffee
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all bar areas
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
- Train on new menu items and beverage offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar bar or F&B role
- Professional mixology knowledge and cocktail preparation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handling certification preferred
