Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, and premium spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment and workstations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance customer experience
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
