Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and spirits according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations, timely service, and friendly interactions
- Manage bar inventory including stock replenishment, waste tracking, and par level maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of bar equipment, workstations, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local regulations
- Train new staff on beverage preparation, service standards, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in bartending or similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverages including ingredients, preparation techniques, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
