Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, strictly adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a pristine bar area, ensuring cleanliness of glassware, equipment, and workspaces at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and communicate stock needs to the management team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during drink preparation and service.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working in a bar, lounge, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation techniques, and mixology.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
