Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies, fresh juices, and signature smoothie bowls according to brand recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering menu inquiries, and handling orders efficiently.
- Manage POS operations and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels to ensure minimal waste and high product quality.
- Handle take-away orders with speed and attention to detail, ensuring packaging meets our aesthetic standards.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure the outlet is ready for operation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, bar, or food & beverage setting is highly preferred.
- Passionate about healthy food, nutrition, and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate in basic English is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Badung area.
