- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bar area and equipment
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and assist with receiving deliveries
- Upsell premium beverages and food items to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if applicable
