Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures
- Manage and train bar staff, providing guidance on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage bar budgets effectively
- Develop and implement creative beverage programs, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and responsible alcohol service
- Monitor and improve bar performance metrics, including revenue, cost control, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high-quality guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and brewing techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of staff development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic financial acumen, including inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of local and international beverage trends and innovations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid alcohol service certification (if applicable in Bali)
