As our Bar Supervisor, you will lead the bar team by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and workflow efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality service standards.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including craft cocktails and signature drinks.
- Demonstrate expert-level skills in shisha preparation, maintenance, and flavor curation.
- Manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, fruits, and shisha supplies.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the bar area, glasswares, and shisha equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or a similar leadership role in a hospitality environment.
- Advanced proficiency in shisha preparation and maintenance is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of beverage inventory management and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Relevant certification in Hospitality or Mixology is a plus.
