Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Maintain strict inventory control, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Monitor beverage costs and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across the bar area at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of seasonal cocktail menus and promotional drink offerings.
- Generate periodic reports on bar performance, sales, and staff productivity for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bar leadership role (Bar Captain or Supervisor).
- Strong knowledge of international spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume venue.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in food and beverage safety or hospitality management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
