Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Maintain strict inventory control, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Monitor beverage costs and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across the bar area at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation of seasonal cocktail menus and promotional drink offerings.
  • Generate periodic reports on bar performance, sales, and staff productivity for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bar leadership role (Bar Captain or Supervisor).
  • Strong knowledge of international spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail preparation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume venue.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Certification in food and beverage safety or hospitality management is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
