Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent service excellence
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions
- Train staff on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and safety protocols
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Manage stock levels, purchasing, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams for seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of bar management experience in hospitality
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven inventory and cost management experience
- Basic financial literacy for P&L awareness
- Relevant hospitality certifications preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
