Join PT Alivan Group Bali as a Bar Supervisor and lead our vibrant hospitality team in Selemadeg! Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
- Train and mentor bar staff on beverage preparation, customer service standards, and compliance protocols
- Manage financial aspects including cash handling, cost control, and budget adherence
- Ensure bar area meets hygiene, safety, and aesthetic standards at all times
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promote upselling strategies
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service during peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain positive guest relationships
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in hospitality industry
- Expert knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic financial literacy including inventory management and cost control
- Valid alcohol service certification (RSA/BARTABS preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
