Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take beverage orders and communicate them to the bar staff
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal age requirements for alcohol
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of beverages and bartending techniques is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
