Tanggung Jawab
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service in the bar area
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all bar surfaces and equipment
- Accurately take and process customer beverage orders
- Ensure bar stations are fully stocked with supplies and inventory
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in bar or restaurant service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
