Tanggung Jawab
- Support bartenders by replenishing ice, liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage stocks throughout the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and polishing surfaces.
- Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, and syrups according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies during deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance regarding bar safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to colleagues and guests when required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barback, busser, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Understanding of basic health and safety regulations in a food and beverage environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English conversational skills are a significant advantage.
