Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare bar setups and maintain organized workstations for efficient service
- Stock and replenish bar supplies including spirits, mixers, and garnishes
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and service areas
- Assist bartenders during peak hours by running drinks and restocking stations
- Manage inventory and report low stock levels to management
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems when required
- Adhere to health safety standards and alcohol service regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
