As a Barback, you will be the vital support system for our bartenders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a pristine bar environment, preparing ingredients, and ensuring all service needs are met promptly. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages and snacks to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and bar tools.
- Restock supplies such as ice, spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the service team by delivering orders and clearing tables efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs to the management team.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company service standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., kegs, cases of stock).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
