Tanggung Jawab
- Stock and organize bar supplies including liquor, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and service stations
- Assist bartenders during peak hours with drink preparation and service
- Manage inventory tracking and stock rotation procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support waste management and recycling initiatives
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barback or similar hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
