Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and replenish bar stock, glassware, and garnishes to ensure seamless service.
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist lead bartenders with complex drink orders and equipment management during high-traffic shifts.
- Engage with guests warmly to provide menu recommendations and elevate their overall dining or nightlife experience.
- Manage inventory and notify management of low-stock items or equipment maintenance needs.
- Execute opening and closing bar procedures efficiently to ensure team readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barback, Bartender, or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs or crates).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team and guest needs.
- Professional grooming and a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and inventory tracking.
