Tanggung Jawab
- Restock bar inventory including spirits, mixers, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, glassware, and equipment
- Support bartenders during peak service periods
- Manage stock rotation and inventory control
- Prepare bar stations before opening and after closing
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with service team for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barback or similar hospitality experience preferred
