As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly. You will be the backbone of the service team, supporting our bartenders and ensuring our guests receive the highest quality service. Tanggung Jawab
- Assisting bartenders with daily setup, bar preparations, and garnish cutting.
- Ensuring all glassware and bar tools are cleaned, polished, and ready for service.
- Monitoring and restocking beverages, ice, spirits, and mixers during busy shifts.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
- Handling heavy lifting of crates, kegs, and supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
- Supporting the front-of-house team with clearing tables and general operational needs.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling bins throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a fast-moving team.
- No previous experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic communication skills in English or Indonesian.
- Based in or willing to commute to the Uluwatu area.
