We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BarFab Production Planner to join our manufacturing facility in Ipoh, Perak.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for synchronizing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that our high-precision components meet strict delivery timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and shop floor operations, to drive manufacturing efficiency and support our global supply chain objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for BarFab operations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production progress against targets and proactively identify bottlenecks or potential delays.
- Analyze production capacity and machine utilization to optimize manufacturing output.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to address manufacturing issues affecting the schedule.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in production planning or material control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed scheduling decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
