Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences and brand standards
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with expertise and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking orders with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding work areas
- Manage cash register transactions and handle payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced workloads
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team
