Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks
- Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and preparation tasks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required
