As a Barista, you will play a vital role in the daily success of our store. You will assist the store manager in maintaining smooth operations, managing the beverage station, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and surrounding work areas.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all guests.
- Assist the store manager with opening and closing procedures and shift operations.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and other drink supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback with a professional demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a food and beverage role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and machine maintenance.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal grooming.
