Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene behind the coffee bar and in customer seating areas.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, taking orders and answering questions about our menu.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment sanitization.
- Ensure inventory levels are stocked and report any shortages to management.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal menu updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a Barista or in a customer-facing cafe role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of espresso machine operation and milk frothing techniques.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a smile.
