Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following standard recipes and techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with proper care and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding work area
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently throughout each shift
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Basic understanding of coffee preparation methods and espresso machine operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
