Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, strictly following standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, process payments, and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and service during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen and floor operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and restock items to prevent any service interruptions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but a strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of different coffee bean varieties is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
