Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks and non-coffee specialties, strictly following company recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to ensure smooth service.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area, seating zones, and restrooms.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Restock ingredients, syrups, and supplies to minimize downtime during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, fast-paced, and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or coffee preparation is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new recipes and brewing techniques.
