- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and specialty brews.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations from our menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Monitor coffee bean inventory and equipment status, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Engage with guests to provide a personalized and welcoming cafe experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Barista in a reputable cafe or restaurant.
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, extraction methods, and brewing equipment.
- Proficiency in creating latte art and maintaining beverage quality.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
