Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, and pour-over methods
- Maintain espresso machine calibration and brewing equipment for optimal performance
- Execute quality control protocols for taste, temperature, and presentation of all beverages
- Provide personalized customer recommendations and build rapport with regular patrons
- Manage cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and café essentials
- Uphold strict hygiene standards for all workstations and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert-level espresso preparation skills with consistent shot quality
- Proficiency in pour-over coffee techniques preferred
